Flatbed printing is a UV printing process that applies ink directly onto flat, rigid substrates. Unlike roll-to-roll digital printing which requires flexible materials, flatbed printing works on hard surfaces — acrylic sheets, aluminium composite panels, dibond, foamex, timber boards, glass, ceramic tiles, and more.
The result is a print that is embedded into the surface material, making it highly durable, scratch-resistant, UV-stable, and waterproof without the need for lamination or additional finishing.
